Froegeo: Character Design

There's something special about Froegeo’s hat that helps set them apart from other frogs. 
It's not the fact that they wear the fluffy thing every day, regardless of the weather. Nor is it the pointy cat ears that stick out from its top. It's what's on the front of the hat. 
The hat has a feline face that appears to change to mimic the facial expression of Froegeo. 
Froegeo is an original character designed for a personal project.
